Ideal bag structure/design; poor quality zipper pulls

Received bag 2 weeks ago with much anticipation after Ginger Runner’s Gear of the Year Review. Perfect design with ample organization and customizable storage options. However, used it for the first time last weekend at a race and unfortunately one of plastic paracord pieces that allows for the zipper pull tore off. Perhaps waterproofing of the zipper makes for a tough pull or the zippers are just of poor quality, I don’t know but this is definitely the weakest aspect of the bag. Hopefully it’ll get fixed with a new model

Hi JP, Thanks for your message. We're stoked you appreciate the design qualities of the BEAR III, and bummed that there was a glitch with one of your zipper pulls. In putting them together, if the cord isn't placed far enough into the housing, I can see it coming out. Of course, it shouldn't be an issue for you to encounter, and we're grateful to say yours is the first incident. Fortunately, it's a pretty quick fix. We'll contact you ASAP regarding how to rectify the issue, and ensure that it doesn't happen again. Please don't hesitate to contact us, as well, if you have any further questions or issues. Cheers, Victor

The Victory Bag was a huge success! Easy to spot because of the huge clear panels for ID, and in the dark (it was at Sunrise Aid, mile 50 and 80 of SD) it was easy to find my stuff because I was able to organize the contents and because it was small and compact. The self-enclosed detachable water bottle holders served as padded containers for my other drop bag.

This bag is The Coolest...

This bag is the coolest run-related thing to come around in a really long time. It’s design is inspired and it really does cut down on how long it takes to find the things you want when at an aid station.
